Are you passionate about healthcare compliance and data-driven program optimization? Sadler Health is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 340B Pharmacy Analyst to support our 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role is essential in ensuring program integrity, maximizing savings, and improving patient access to affordable medications.

What You’ll Do:

As a 340B Program Analyst, you’ll work closely with the 340B Manager to maintain an audit-ready program and drive performance improvements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Compliance & Audit Support:
    Assist in maintaining continuous audit readiness. Help remediate audit findings and ensure adherence to federal 340B program standards.
  • Program Optimization:
    Monitor virtual and internal inventory, track wholesaler purchases, and review specialty claims. Conduct monthly compliance audits and scrub rejected claims for resubmission.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Generate reports from TPA portals to document utilization, savings, and discrepancies. Identify and escalate issues to the 340B Manager.
  • Claims & Billing Oversight:
    Review pharmacy claims, pricing exclusions, shortages, and invoices. Monitor high-cost drug utilization and resolve billing issues.
  • Referral & Outreach Coordination:
    Qualify pending referral claims and analyze non-qualified claims for carve-in opportunities. Generate call lists for patient outreach.
  • Workflow Development:
    Assist in creating and maintaining 340B workflows and protocols to ensure policy compliance.
  • Patient Support Collaboration:
    Work with Sadler staff to ensure patients have access to affordable medications.

What You Bring:

  • Education:
    Associate’s degree in business, healthcare administration, medical assisting, nursing, business analytics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical analysis, or a related field.
    Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years in a health-related role involving prescriptions, clinical orders, or pharmacy billing.
    Preferred: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), 340B programs, and analytical tools like Power BI.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)

  • Professional demeanor and sound judgment
  • Ability to travel between locations as needed
  • Preferred Credentials:
    Pharmacy Technician Certification

Pay for this position starts between $26-28 per hour
