Location: Hatfield, PA (Onsite 4 Days Per Week)

The Impact You’ll Make

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will gain valuable experience by supporting our credit and collections team. You will be responsible for processing invoices, resolving account discrepancies, and ensuring customer payments are accurately tracked. Your attention to detail and follow-up will help keep our financial operations running smoothly while giving you exposure to key business processes in finance.

What You’ll Do

• Invoice and Payment Tracking : Monitor customer accounts, follow up on open invoices, and maintain accurate records.
• Collections Support : Communicate with customers to resolve past-due balances in a professional and timely manner.
• Deduction Resolution : Investigate claims related to shortages, damages, or other adjustments and work with internal teams to close them out.
• Financial System Management : Enter data and process transactions in SAP ERP, ensuring accuracy across accounts.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with sales, finance, and customer service to address account issues and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Some prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, accounting, or finance (internship or 1–2 years preferred).
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs a plus).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is helpful but not required. We will train you.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator who can collaborate across teams and with customers.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
