Administrative Coordinator

Location: Madison, WI (On-site)

At Polaris Advisors , we are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support an on-site healthcare-related project in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry into the program’s operating system (routes, volunteers, recipients).
• Provide phone coverage (especially 10am–2pm) and communicate with recipients, volunteers, vendors, and insurance companies.
• Assist the volunteer coordinator with paperwork and support billing processes.
• Maintain office-based operations (no meal delivery required).

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry and administrative office skills (medical office experience preferred).
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills, especially with older adults.
• Proactive, independent, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
