The Specialized Recruiting Group  of  Express Employment Professionals in Ithaca is seeking skilled  Administrative Staff for multiple openings with our local clients. These positions include many levels of skill, from clerical and administrative duties such as filing, organizing, data entry, customer service, record keeping, to higher level Executive Assistant roles. Most positions prefer 2-4 years of previous administrative experience and demonstrated customer service skills are preferred. Experience with Excel and other software is highly desired. Job Duties:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Perform clerical tasks: document management, data entry, and record keeping.
• Collect and organize client information in coordination with the team.
• Manage client communication and correspondence with accounting/tax professionals.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Weekend availability is preferred for some, but not all roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting/tax software helpful.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
