Job Summary: Assembly Line Worker
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembly Line Worker to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a construction or woodworking background who are comfortable working with hand tools, machinery, and power equipment. Candidates must be able to follow verbal instructions, perform quality checks, and contribute to a safe, team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble products using both hand tools and machinery
• Read and interpret tape measurements accurately
• Operate woodworking and construction-related equipment, including table saws and air compressor staple guns
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Follow verbal instructions and maintain attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Adhere to scheduled breaks (9:00 AM, 11:45 AM lunch, 2:00 PM break)
Qualifications:
• Construction, woodworking, or machinery background preferred
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong verbal communication and instruction-following skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• English-speaking required
• Team-oriented with a positive personality
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
