Salesforce Administrator

The Job/What You'll Do:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Salesforce Administrators to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start your career working on one of the most widely used CRM platforms. You'll help maintain, configure, and optimize Salesforce while learning best practices from experienced admins and engineers.

This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our office location in Concord, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Support creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and list views.
• Perform basic user administration (user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions).
• Assist in data imports, exports, and deduplication.
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
• Help document processes, configuration decisions, and system changes.
• Stay informed on Salesforce releases and new admin features.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Basic understanding of relational data concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce administration tools and processes.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 02 years of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred but not required.

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $105,000-$120,000. This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
