Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Program Developer / Program Launch
Texarkana Therapy Center – Texarkana, TX
Salary Range: $82,000 – $105,000 annually
Relocation Assistance or Sign-On Bonus Available
Texarkana Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and innovative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in the development and launch of a new ABA therapy program , shaping services that make a lasting impact on children and families in our community.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a program developer and contribute to the design, implementation, and launch of our ABA therapy program.
Oversee program structure, clinical quality, and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to RBTs, therapy assistants, and clinical staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, and community partners to ensure holistic care.
Monitor progress through data-driven decision making and adjust interventions as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Strong leadership skills with experience in program development or supervision preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for working with children and families to support meaningful progress
