• Hourly wage starts at $16/ hour.
• $4/ hour extra for all weekend day shifts (8PM Friday to 8AM Monday). Caring for couples is $4/ hour extra.
• We pay 1.5X for OT (over 40 hours). We also pay 1.5X for many holidays.
• Earn 1.5 hours of "accrued time off" for every 40 hours of work (after working 90 days).
• Flexible schedules with Daytime Shifts from 4 hours to 12 hours from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
• Overnight Shifts Available from 8 hours to 12 hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am

Requirements to become a Caregiver with Home Instead®:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Car with auto insurance
• At least 21 years old
• Respect for seniors and their property
• Effectively communicate in English
• Live in Bucks County
• Prior experience caring for seniors
