About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to work closely with the Board of Directors and provide strategic leadership to the credit union. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational and financial aspects, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and fostering a culture of member and employee satisfaction. This role demands a leader who can maintain the financial stability of the credit union, build and nurture positive relationships within the community, and make decisions that align with the best interests of the members, employees, and the credit union as a whole. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years' executive leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in financial institutions, are required. The ideal CEO for the company will be a visionary with a strong sense of mission, capable of steering the credit union through a dynamic and competitive financial services landscape. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, upholding the credit union's values, and promoting a culture of trust and integrity. The candidate should have a proven track record in executive management, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team. Experience in the credit union sector is highly valued, as is a deep understanding of the financial industry and the needs of the community the credit union serves.
