Location: Detroit, MI Job Type: Full-time (38-40 hours per week) Salary: $23 to $28 per hour Job Description: As an Entry Level Event Coordinator at Seronda Network, you will play a key role in planning and executing events that promote our brand and engage our audience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your event management skills in a vibrant and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
Handle event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event activities.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful event execution.
Prepare and distribute event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional items.
Gather feedback and analyze event performance to suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event planning software/tools.
