RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Equipment Operator to join our team in Katy, TX with $20/hr pay for a 3months contract (temp only). This temporary role is perfect for someone with mechanical aptitude who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The LNE Operator will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and refurbishing electrical and non-electrical equipment while ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety. Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of equipment.
• Perform operational checks and sanitize all equipment according to company procedures.
• Package units following company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and loading areas.
• Participate in inventory activities, including cycle counts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational goals with a sense of urgency.

What we’re looking for:

• Steel toe shoes required.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting/repair skills preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to use proper tools and follow company safety procedures.
