Akkodis is seeking a Help Desktop Support for a Contract job with a client in Washington DC (Hybrid). The ideal candidate responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing course creation in Salesforce, and providing technical assistance.

Rate Range: $18/hour to $20.90/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Help Desktop Support job responsibilities include:

• Providing first-level support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and communication issues.

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Assisting volunteers with portal access, course management, reimbursements, and training material orders.

• Using Zoom for complex troubleshooting to expedite issue resolution.

• Identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, proposing solutions where needed.

• Performing daily operational tasks, including course management and returned check processing.

• Handling USPS mail and processing ticket requests for complaints and material replacements.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher.

• 3+ years of IT customer service or help desk support experience.

• Strong technical skills, with basic IT knowledge such as creating bookmarks, downloading files, and installing software.

• Experience with ticketing systems, technical support documentation, and proficiency in Salesforce and Zoom for troubleshooting.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.90 per hour
