As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Lead Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to become an integral part of our esteemed clinical team.

Your Role

Ideally, the initial commitment would be 2-3 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess candidacy, understand aesthetic goals, and develop personalized, long-term treatment plans.
  • Expertly administer a wide range of injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox®, Dysport®) and dermal fillers, with impeccable technique and artistic judgment.
  • Operate advanced laser and energy-based devices for skin rejuvenation, resurfacing, hair removal, and other aesthetic applications.
  • Perform other advanced aesthetic procedures in which you hold expertise, contributing to our comprehensive service offerings.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, ensuring full compliance with all HIPAA and medical regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to patients, fostering long-term client relationships built on trust, expertise, and exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Required Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in a dermatology, plastic surgery, or a luxury medspa setting.
  • Licensure: Must hold an active and unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APN) license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Clinical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in administering cosmetic injectables (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) and performing a variety of laser treatments is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients, provide clear and thoughtful guidance, and build strong rapport.
  • Aesthetic Judgment: A strong, inherent sense of aesthetic artistry and a keen eye for detail.
  • Professionalism: A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaborative patient care and a polished, professional demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding our team for their expertise and dedication. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package designed for part-time professionals, including:

  • Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with your experience and skills.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Financial support for continuing medical education (CME) to ensure you remain at the forefront of the aesthetic industry.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate your work-life balance preferences.
  • Opportunity for advancement to full-time status with expanded benefits package as our practice grows.
