• No cold calling: Every call you take is a pre-screened and qualified inbound lead. 

• Transparent earning potential: Earn a competitive base hourly wage plus uncapped monthly bonuses. Experienced reps have the potential to make between $60K and $100K annually. 

• Paid training & licensing: We’ll set you up for success in our 5-week sales training course and handle all licensing and renewal costs if your resident state is active.

• Active, valid health insurance agent license in good standing and release from any previous appointments. (you must attached a copy of your resident license in the application)

Compensation:

• Earn $18-22 per hour depending on your experience level, paid weekly. 

• Competitive monthly sales bonus
  

Equipment Requirements: 

• Desktop PC or Laptop. (Sorry, Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets are prohibited) 

• Windows 10 or 11

• Minimum 8.0 GB of Available RAM 

• Dual ear USB headset with noise-canceling microphone.

• Must be hardwired to your internet using an Ethernet cord. Use of wireless, Satellite connections, or VPNs is prohibited. 

• Minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, and a ping of 10 or less with 99% uptime.

• Laptop users must have and use an external mouse.
