An international plant-based food manufacturing company is seeking an entry-level Logistics Assistant. This position requires BA degree in a related field; entry-level candidates are welcome.

• $20/hr. plus full benefits
• Monday – Friday, 05:00 am – 02:00 pm (During probation 6am – 3pm)
• Somerset, NJ

Requirements of the Logistics Assistant:

• BA degree in a related field is required
• 0–1 year in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics platforms (NetSuite is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with managing data
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift to 40lbs

Responsibilities of the Logistics Assistant:

The Logistics Coordinator oversees daily shipping operations to ensure goods are delivered accurately and on time. This role works closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams, manages logistics documentation, and supports smooth supply chain processes.

• Arrange domestic and international shipments
• Prepare shipping documents like packing lists and export forms
• Track shipments and share updates with customers and team members
• Check orders and shipping details before sending
• Keep shipment records updated in the ERP system
• Handle order fulfillment and inventory updates in ERP
• Work with Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service to meet delivery deadlines
• Follow company policies and trade rules
• Help with inventory counting when needed
• Perform additional duties as needed
