About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Banker Team Leader to manage a team of senior professionals serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) clients, with a commitment to excellence in compliance with the SAFE Act. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client portfolio and developing effective acquisition strategies for UHNW and HNW clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and contribute to our strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in private banking, with a strong emphasis on the UHNW market and proven success in relationship selling. A comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape, competitive dynamics, and company policies is essential. You should be an exceptional communicator, skilled negotiator, and able to influence diverse audiences.
Your key responsibilities will include serving as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, anticipate client needs, and create customized financial strategies to support clients in achieving their wealth management objectives.
