Onsite Apartment Manager – Covina, CA (25-Unit Complex)
We are seeking an onsite Manager (couple preferred) for a 25-unit apartment complex located in Covina, California.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining regular office hours
Keeping the exterior of the complex clean and tidy
Watering landscaping on a daily basis as needed
Performing minor repairs and maintenance
Contacting vendors and meeting them onsite to facilitate and monitor repairs
Advertising vacant units, showing apartments to prospective tenants, and processing rental applications
Qualifications:
Prior apartment management experience preferred
Professional references required
Manager couple preferred
Minimum credit score of 700 FICO required
Minimum outside income of $3,000 preferred
Compensation:
2 bedroom 1 ½ bath apartment included
Salary range $500 to $800 per month
