Pain Medicine - Physician at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri - Mercy summary:

A board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist specializing in pain management, responsible for delivering intervention-based treatments within a multidisciplinary team at Mercy Spine and Pain Management in St. Louis, MO. The role offers autonomy in practice establishment, collaboration with physical and occupational therapists, and a focus on quality patient care without weekend or inpatient consult demands. Mercy Spine and Pain Management is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Anesthesiologist with fellowship training in Pain Management to join our practice in St Louis, MO. Our Regional Team consists of four Anesthesia Pain Management Physicians, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician, Advanced Practitioners, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

Mercy Spine and Pain Management:

  • Responsibilities include collaborating with current team at Mercy Hospital St Louis
  • Primarily intervention-based position with minimal to no medication management
  • Physician will have the autonomy to establish their own practice while benefiting from existing experienced staff
  • Work in a collegial environment with PT/OT, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM)
  • No weekends, no inpatient consults and no formal call
  • Clinic and OR located in brand new suite in Center for Performance Medicine , the largest ASC in the country
  • New fellowship graduates will be considered
