Pizza/Grill Cook
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza/Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. If you have a passion for creating delicious food and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items, specializing in pizza and grilled dishes, in a professional and timely manner.
Menu Expertise: Quickly memorize and accurately execute all menu items, including abbreviations, plate presentation, and portion sizes.
Quality Control: Adhere to all standard recipes and food production codes to ensure consistency and high-quality results.
Kitchen Operations: Safely and efficiently operate all standard kitchen equipment and appliances.
Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work station, and follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a cook, grill cook, or in a similar culinary role is required.
Skills: Strong working knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food preparation.
Work Ethic: A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Team Player: Must be able to work well as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
