We are looking to add to our management team at Salata Rea Farms, newly opened in the fall of 2022. The future is bright for Salata, more locations planned in the future. We are looking for service minded individuals with prior supervisory experience who will take pride in service, food and our fresh and healthy concept!

Shift Manager Requirements and Job Responsibilities:

• Open or close the store with high standards of cleanliness, quality and efficiency
• Lead the team through high volume by motivating and working side-by-side
• Assist the team to prepare and execute menu
• Fast-casual or casual dining background
• Previous leadership experience
