Empowered Staffing is partnered with a leading real estate brokerage, widely recognized for their success in both luxury residential and commercial markets. We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join their Commercial Division.
This high-visibility role offers an exciting blend of marketing support and operational coordination, working directly with top-producing commercial agents. The position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while delivering impactful marketing materials, managing listings, and supporting key initiatives that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the main marketing support for top-performing commercial agents, producing custom materials such as brochures, e-blasts, offering memorandums, social assets, and proposals.
· Manage the listing process by preparing, syndicating, and maintaining listings across platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, MLS and others.
· Coordinate and manage commercial events, monthly team meetings, and networking activities, ensuring smooth execution.
· Collaborate with the graphics team and leadership to create new marketing assets, launch initiatives, and support events for the commercial division.
· Support operational needs including vendor management, lead distribution, commercial website updates, and onboarding/orientation for new agents.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate , marketing, or a client-facing coordination role.
· Hands-on experience with listing platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet and/or MLS
· Strong creative skills; proficiency with InDesign is ideal (Canva or similar design tools acceptable if eager to learn).
· Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and agent requests simultaneously.
· Excellent communicator who can build rapport with senior commercial agents and collaborate across teams.
