ROLE SUMMARY

The Intelligent Automation Lead will own the design, support, and delivery of enterprise-wide intelligent automation solutions. This role will leverage the UiPath Platform, Python scripting, Power Automate, and hyperautomation technologies (AI/ML, intelligent document processing, process mining) to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant automation solutions. The role also ensures platform governance, operational excellence, and technical innovation along with production support. This position is hands‑on and strategic, bridging business needs with technical delivery while maintaining high standards for architecture, coding practices, and automation design principles. Exposure to Agentic AI is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own design principles, architecture standards, and coding best practices for the UiPath/Power Automate platform. Maintain and evolve the automation platform roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders and delivery partners. Ensure compliance with enterprise security, architecture, and governance standards . Solution Design & Delivery Architect end‑to‑end automation solutions across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment. Review technical designs, estimates, and solution feasibility. Provide hands‑on coding and design support as needed. Collaborate with Delivery Leads to improve delivery processes and solution effectiveness. Explore and integrate hyperautomation technologies including AI/ML, intelligent document processing, and process mining. Lead proof‑of‑concepts for new automation capabilities and platforms. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously upskill through certifications and training . Partner with cross‑functional teams (business stakeholders, product managers, enterprise architects, security) to define automation roadmaps and source use cases. Mentor and coach AI/Automation developers, providing expertise beyond a typical developer role. Communicate technical findings and solution recommendations effectively using presentations and visualizations. Operational Excellence Oversee IPA platform performance, solution maintenance, and reporting hubs . Manage technical infrastructure setup for new capabilities in UiPath Platform. Ensure long‑term stability and effectiveness of automation solutions. Enforce coding standards, security practices, and compliance requirements. Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment seamlessly. Manage quarterly and yearly internal/external audits.

WHAT YOU BRING

Technical Expertise 6+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation technologies , with hands‑on coding and application development; 4+ years in UiPath development. Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Python scripting, Power Automate, SQL, VB Scripting, OCR implementation, AI/ML, process mining, and intelligent document processing . Exposure to Salesforce, Oracle ERP, OIC and cloud technologies preferred. Experience with GitHub or other version‑control tools . Skilled in integrating applications via web services / REST APIs and infrastructure models like MCP servers. Strong understanding of software design principles and application architecture . Proven ability to learn new skills proactively and apply them to business opportunities. Understanding of the impact of data and digital technologies on business operations. Professional Skills Proven ability to architect and implement automation solutions at scale . Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions . Experience in product management/ownership in a technology environment preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills . Self‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a global, fast‑changing environment . Education / Certifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field .
