Maintenance of computer equipment. Maintenance of recording logs and other information Error resolution and appropriate escalation Academic and Professional Qualifications: High School plus technical training Experience: 2-4 years computer operator experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to thrive in a highly critical, fast paced environment Self starter, detailed-oriented and strong communication skills Travel Requirements: May require local travel May require other travel for business needs Working Arrangements: May be required to work alternate shifts, weekends and/or holidays.
