What We Need

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who knows how to make recruiting feel human again. This contract role supports professional-level, full-cycle recruiting across multiple corporate functions. You’ll partner directly with client HR and hiring leaders, guiding everything from candidate engagement to onboarding — ensuring an exceptional experience on both sides.

This is a hybrid role, primarily remote with onsite collaboration in Nashville 4-8 times per month.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with client HR, hiring, and leadership teams to manage full-cycle recruiting.
  • Lead intake sessions and design thoughtful sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage talent using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct meaningful interviews that go beyond skills — attributes matter too.
  • Present qualified candidates with insight, context, and confidence.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide offers to close.
  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and transparency throughout the process.

What You’ll Need

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience (agency-only backgrounds won’t cut it).
  • Proven success hiring for professional-level corporate roles.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and comfort working in an ATS, CRM, or Talent Intelligence Platform (TIP).
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence engaging with people at all levels and influencing the outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and stay connected in a remote, video-driven environment.
  • Organized, proactive, and driven — quality and productivity matter here.
  • A sense of humor — it’s practically required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
