Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Location: Remote (Colorado residents only)

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our client’s recruitment and administrative initiatives. In this role, you will focus on managing internship and college recruiting efforts (up to 25 positions annually) while also helping to fill a variety of roles across the organization, including administrative staff, project coordinators, analysts, and maintenance positions. In addition, you will provide support for administrative projects as needed.

This is a contract opportunity that offers a full benefits package and the ability to work remotely. Candidates must reside in Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create recruiting strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for internship and college programs (up to 25 hires).
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for administrative, project coordinator, analyst, and maintenance positions.
  • Support and execute administrative projects to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, especially related to internship and college outreach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including internship/college recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and administrative tasks across varied job types.
  • Must reside in Colorado.

The hourly rate range for this position is $35-43/hour based on experience.
