Position Summary:
We seek Veterans with investigative, HR, or legal experience to conduct impartial, professional EEO investigations into federal workplace discrimination and harassment complaints filed under Title VII. You will gather evidence, interview parties, and prepare detailed, fact-based Reports of Investigation (ROI) that support fair and lawful resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review accepted EEO claims and develop investigative plans.
• Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, and management officials.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate documentary and electronic evidence.
• Prepare clear, concise, and legally sufficient Reports of Investigation in compliance with EEOC Management Directive 110 (MD-110).
• Ensure confidentiality and neutrality throughout the process.
• Adhere to federal EEO procedures and case timelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Four-year college Degree
• Completion of 32+ hours of MD-110-compliant EEO Investigator training.
• At least 2 years of experience in federal EEO investigations.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
