It is about guidance, patience, and understanding.We are seeking Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST), Recovery Assistants (RA), Companions, Direct Support Professionals (DSP), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) who bring steady, compassionate care and want to help people reach their goals for independence.What you will do•Provide calm, reliable assistance with daily routines and personal care•Build respectful, genuine relationships that foster confidence and comfort•Assist with hygiene, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe, organized living space•Support medical appointment coordination and encourage physical, social, and community activities•Help clients grow their independence while maintaining stability and safetyThe kind of person who thrives hereYou are dependable and steady in a way that helps people feel secure.
