As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to assist individuals in learning, growing, and becoming more independent.

Position: Direct Support Professional

Hours: Full-time

Positions Open:

• Full Time - Back Half positions:
  
  • 1005 Canyon
    • 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. - Work Week 1(48 hours): Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat*.Work Week 2(36 hours): Thurs, Fri, and Sat*.

• Full Time - Front Half positions:
  • Cypress Suites (2 Positions)
    • 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. - Work Week 1(48 hours): Sun*, Mon, Tue, and Wed.Work Week 2(36 hours): Sun*, Mon, Tue,
  • 34th Street
    • 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. -Work Week 1(48 hours): Sun*, Mon, Tue, and Wed. Work Week 2(36 hours): Sun*, Mon, Tue, and Wed.
  • Ryan Road
    • 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Work Week 1(48 hours): Sun*, Mon, Tue, and Wed. Work Week 2(36 hours): Sun*, Mon, Tue,
      

*Any weekend shift paid at time and a half!

Average Hourly Wage: $20.10 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities
  
• Aid in implementing treatments, training programs, and developmental/behavioral plans
• Encourage community participation
• Document all observations and daily progress notes
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Assist individuals in performing their cleaning responsibilities
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and shopping
• Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Must be well organized and able to work with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills
