Are you ready to take on diverse and engaging challenges in a supportive environment? We're looking for someone like you to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, each with its own unique scope and complexity. With the guidance of our experienced team members, you'll play a crucial role in achieving project objectives within budget and timeline constraints.

Your work will primarily focus on the development and enhancement of products, designs, and processes. From initial concept to final implementation, you'll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, including research, planning, design, testing, and analysis. Drawing from your training and experience, you'll contribute innovative solutions to meet project requirements.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities
    \n
  1. Own small-scale projects (<$100K) and take them from concept to implementation. Obtain buy-in from more senior engineers.
  2. \n
  3. Leveraging experience in one or more technical disciplines, resolve most production issues without assistance.
  4. \n
  5. Develop testing protocol with input from others and then execute it.
  6. \n
  7. Leveraging experience in one or more technical disciplines, develop quality expectations and ensure QA protocols are in place for adherence to standards.
  8. \n
  9. Establish production procedures, work instructions, QA matrices, and bills of materials for a single product or a specific production activity.
  10. \n

Qualifications
    \n
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  2. \n
  3. 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
  4. \n
  5. Experience in one or more technical disciplines, including rubber, fabrication, forming, coatings, castings, or machining
  6. \n
  7. Strong project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  8. \n
  9. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  10. \n

Compensation: $83,800-125,700 per year
